This document sets out the Anti-Spam Policy of kevwells.com
(1) What is spam?
In the context of electronic email communications, “spam” is the term used to refer to unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate mail messages, usually sent for commercial purposes. This is sometimes also referred to as unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or unsolicited bulk email (UBE).
The sending of unsolicited email messages (“spam”) is prohibited in most legal jurisdictions.
(2) Our anti-spam policy
We have a zero tolerance policy towards spam.
We are committed to protecting our visitors, subscribers and clients from receiving any email messages from us that could be considered spam. We strive to ensure that our email communications are anti-spam compliant in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act which is aimed at preventing email spam.
We do not send email messages to persons who have not previously and expressly given us their email address for the purpose of receiving email communications from us. We ensure our emails contain our contact information including our physical address.
We use a double opt-in confirmation system for email addresses that sign up to receive email communications from us.
We do not pass your email address to any third parties.
Every email communication sent by us to our email subscribers contains an unsubscribe link which allows you to opt out of receiving future emails from us. We remove persons from our email subscriber list upon receiving a request from them to do so.
(3) Automated spam filtering
Our email messaging systems scan all incoming email messages that we receive. Messages that appear to be spam may be filtered out and discarded by our system. Since no email message filtering system can ever be 100% accurate, this means that from time to time legitimate email messages that are not spam may be filtered-out and discarded by our system.
If you believe this may have happened to an email message that you have sent to us, you should arrange for the message to be sent by another means, such as from another email address, by telephone, by post or personally.
(4) Receipt of unwanted email messages from us
In the unlikely event that you should receive any email message from us or sent using our systems, that may be considered to constitute spam, please contact us via the address below.
The matter will then be investigated and appropriate action taken.
(5) Changes to this Anti-Spam Policy
This Anti-Spam Policy may be amended from time to time.
